Pod Audio is something I started alongside Arrestiv as a way to build small, practical tools for people who enjoy working with sound.
It’s not a big product line or a scaled operation — just me designing, testing, and making things that I either needed myself or thought others might find useful. The focus is on simple, well-made accessories that make recording easier, especially for field recordists, sound designers, and anyone who enjoys capturing audio out in the real world.
I’m still exploring ideas and working things out as I go. Over time, the Pod Audio range will grow naturally — not through big launches or product cycles, but through making things that actually solve problems and feel worth using.
MicPod® is the first of those. It’s a series of affordable, handmade microphone windshields designed to fit a range of field recorders and microphones, with a focus on reducing wind interference without overcomplicating the design.
They’re built to be practical, reliable, and accessible — something that works well without needing a professional budget. The first small batch is planned for summer 2026.
